Right now, more than 133 million Americans are living with at least one chronic illness, and nearly 40 percent of them are managing more than one condition at the same time. That number is projected to grow to 170 million across North America by 2030. Behind every one of those numbers is a person facing a hospital bill, a denied claim, or a prescription they cannot afford, often with no idea that help exists or that someone else has already found a way through it.
Health Savings Experts exist to close that gap. We are a Central Hub built on real, first-person stories from patients, families, and caregivers, the kind of specific, lived detail that generic advice and AI-generated content simply cannot produce. But finding, verifying, and sharing those stories takes real people and real resources of real healthcare savings tips. That is where you come in.

Air Care Alliance connects people in need with volunteer pilot organizations that provide free air transportation for medical care, disaster relief, and other essential needs. By coordinating a nationwide network of charitable aviation groups, the Alliance helps patients and families reach critical services when distance, cost, or limited transportation options create barriers. Your donation supports this network of volunteer pilots and organizations, helping more people access the care and support they need.

Support their mission by making a donation and helping give more babies a healthy start in life.

Angel Flight East provides free air transportation to qualified patients and their families, arranging flights to distant medical facilities, delivering supplies to disaster areas, and reuniting families during difficult times. For patients whose best treatment option is hundreds of miles from home, and who cannot afford the cost of repeated travel, Angel Flight East removes that barrier entirely by connecting them with a volunteer network of private pilots who fly for public benefit. In its most recent fiscal year, the organization scheduled more than 1,150 flights and flew over 200 patients and 225 companions to care.
